Business Development Representative
Location: West Covina, CA
Position Overview
Establishes new and maintains existing consumer and business customer relations with the goal of increasing deposit and loan relationships, increasing Bank’s fee income and cross-selling of other bank products. Provides support to Bank’s branch personnel in the areas of establishing new consumer deposit relationships, Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC), business lending and commercial real estate loans.
Electronic Banking Officer
Location: West Covina, CA
Position Overview
The Electronic Banking Officer is responsible for planning and implementing all the Bank’s Electronic Banking offerings. This individual will lead, manage and hold accountable Electronic Services/Cash Management Sales and Support staff. S/he will manage all aspects of electronic banking services (online, mobile, remote deposit, wire transfers, debit and credit card programs, and ACH origination). S/he will also understand client needs for electronic banking, manage budgets, and recommend changes to offerings to best meet requirements. The position ensures all branch and support staff have a clear understanding of current offerings and amendments to offerings, in addition to ensuring operations staff have the tools to process from the backside.
FVP Compliance Officer/Director of Audit

Position Summary
The Audit committee has adopted written policies and procedures covering Universal Bank’s audit program which includes an external audit program. It is acknowledged that those activities regarding the Bank’s auditing function, controls systems and record keeping are directly or indirectly the responsibility of the Audit Committee. The Audit Committee is charged with overseeing, tracking and evaluating all aspects of the Bank’s control mechanisms to ensure that the Bank is managed in accordance with safe and sound guidelines established by regulatory authorities and U.S. auditing standard boards.
In conjunction with the Audit Committee and the organizational authority of the President/CEO, this position will participate in identifying, reviewing, electing the outsource third-party auditor and defining the scope and scheduling of audit in all areas to ensure the compliance of all applicable regulations in all departments.
VP/BSA Officer
Location: West Covina, CA
Position Overview
Directs all activities within the BSA Department to ensure that the department is able to support the Bank in meeting all regulatory requirements. Ensures that the Bank has the necessary programs, policies and procedures in place to ensure that all business units of the Bank are complying with applicable Bank Secrecy Act and related laws and regulations.
